The 4130 range
Every part is made to your line list in AISI 4130 chromium-molybdenum steel, from a few fittings to a full manifold package, and heat treated to one strength level and hardness so every weld in the line joins like with like.
4130 seamless pipe
ASTM A519 Grade 4130, NPS 1 to 8 and OD by ID heavy wall, normalized or quenched and tempered.
Sch 80 to XXS, 7.5K to 15K4130 long sweep fittings
Long sweep elbows, 45° and 90°, with weld or union ends for erosive high-pressure lines.

One-piece tees, crosses, ells and laterals with hammer union ends, no welds.
FIG 602, 1002, 1502What goes on a 4130 order
There is no ASTM fitting grade for 4130, and ASTM A519 sets no strength for the pipe, so a 4130 order is only complete when it states the properties. These are the facts we quote against.

Each callout is explained in our guides: strength levels, heat treatment, sour service and pressure ratings.

Built for the iron that sees the pressure
Frac, flowback and well test lines are rigged up, hammered, pumped through at 15,000 psi with sand in the flow, then broken down and moved to the next pad. Choke and kill lines wait for the moment a well kicks. Both need parts whose strength, hardness and wall are known, not assumed.
- Integral fittings with the union ends machined from the body, so there is no weld in the pressure boundary.
- Long sweep elbows with extra wall in the body, where entrained solids strike.
- Hardness controlled to 22 HRC for sour service and checked in our own lab.
- Heat number stamped on every part and printed on its certificate.
The rest of the line
The same order can carry the flowline iron, wellhead and manifold parts and plant fittings around your 4130 lines, quoted together and shipped with one set of documents.

Made and tested at our works
Our 4130 parts are cut, forged, heat treated, machined and tested at our works in Gujarat, India. Heat treatment is recorded on furnace charts; tensile, hardness and PMI tests run in our own lab; impact, ultrasonic and magnetic particle tests are done at accredited outside laboratories. Your inspector is welcome at any stage.

Where we ship in the US
Every order ships from India to the region where it will work, and each region asks something different of high-pressure equipment.
- Houston, TXMost Houston orders are for parts that go into equipment built here: heavy-wall pipe and fittings, long sweeps, studded blocks and flanges, or complete manifolds to drawing.
- Permian BasinReplacement iron for frac and flowback fleets makes up most Permian orders, often with a share in sour service.
- Eagle FordFlowback and test equipment, and the trim that wears in it, lead Eagle Ford orders.
- HaynesvilleHigh-pressure lines and the fittings, flanges and chokes rated to match them lead Haynesville orders.
- BakkenFlowline iron and wellhead parts ordered with low-temperature impact tests lead Bakken orders.
- OklahomaUnion iron in several figures, the crossovers between them, and water-handling valves and couplings lead Oklahoma orders.
- Marcellus and UticaFrac and flowback iron, and the chokes and trims that wear in gas flowback, lead Appalachian orders.
- Gulf of AmericaChoke and kill line fittings, studded blocks, flanges and hubs, and manifolds to drawing lead offshore orders.
