4130 fittings, chokes and flowline iron for the Eagle Ford
The Eagle Ford runs from oil through condensate to dry gas across South Texas, so one fleet pumps into, and flows back, very different wells. We supply the iron, valves and chokes it needs.
We supply Eagle Ford operators, completion, flowback and well test companies with flowline iron and AISI 4130 parts: hammer unions and crossovers, plug and check valves, positive and adjustable chokes with tungsten carbide or ceramic beans, and 4130 pipe and fittings. Parts are made and tested in India, landed at Port Houston and trucked to San Antonio and the South Texas counties.
What the Eagle Ford asks of high-pressure iron
The Eagle Ford produced about 1.2 million barrels of crude oil a day in 2025, around 9% of US output. The play changes from an oil window through a condensate window to dry gas across South Texas, so flowback and testing see everything from oil and water to rich gas, often with frac sand, and the same crews move between them.
That puts chokes and their trim at the center of the job. Flowback through a choke cuts steel beans quickly when sand comes back, so tungsten carbide and ceramic lined beans and seats are the usual order, with plug valves for isolation and check valves on the pump lines. Wells with hydrogen sulfide need the sour versions of every part.

Can you make beans to fit our choke bodies?
Yes. Send the body make and model, a used bean or a drawing, and the sizes in 64ths you run; beans are made to fit, in tungsten carbide or ceramic lined steel.
Do you supply flowback and test packages?
We supply the parts: chokes, plug and check valves, unions, pups and fittings, and can build a manifold to your drawing. Separators and data systems come from specialist suppliers.
