OEM and EPC orders often carry a vendor document list: inspection and test plans before production, EN 10204 3.2 certificates with a third-party inspector, PMI and hardness records, and a final data book. Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office or stock in Houston?
No. Every order is made and tested at our works in India and shipped to Houston. Quotations, documents and technical questions are handled by email and WhatsApp from Mumbai.
Can we inspect before the parts leave India?
Yes. Your own inspector or an agency you nominate can witness stage or final inspection at our works, and EN 10204 3.2 certificates are issued with them. Receiving inspection at your Houston yard is then a check of marking and documents against the order.
Do you work to OEM material specifications?
Yes. Send the specification with the line list. Each line is quoted to it, and any requirement we would meet differently is listed in the quotation.
