4130 fittings and flowline iron for the Permian Basin
The Permian produces almost half of US crude oil, and its frac fleets wear out flowline iron fast. We supply 4130 iron, fittings and sour service parts for Midland, Odessa and southeastern New Mexico.

We supply operators, frac and flowback companies, rental fleets and distributors in the Permian Basin with flowline iron and AISI 4130 parts: hammer unions, integral pup joints, swivel joints, plug valves, integral fittings and heavy-wall pipe and fittings, in standard service or sour service to NACE MR0175. Parts are made and tested in India, shipped through Port Houston and delivered west to Midland, Odessa and southeastern New Mexico.
What the Permian asks of high-pressure iron
Volume first. The Permian, under western Texas and southeastern New Mexico, produced about 6.6 million barrels of crude oil a day in 2025, roughly 48% of US output, and 27.7 billion cubic feet of natural gas a day, 23% of the US total. That much completion work means frac iron is rigged up, pumped through with sand and broken down day after day, and pups, swivels, unions and plug valves are replaced on a schedule rather than when they fail.
Sour gas second. Parts of the basin produce hydrogen sulfide. In Texas, Statewide Rule 36 applies where H2S reaches 100 ppm, and requires metal components of new facilities to be resistant to sulfide stress cracking under NACE MR0175. For that service, order the sour versions: FIG 1502 iron rated 10,000 psi, 4130 tempered to 22 HRC maximum and marked as sour parts.

We have no US office or US stock: every order is made to your line list and ships from India with its EN 10204 3.1 certificates, packing list and commercial invoice. Your customs broker files the entry and confirms the duties. The steps, documents and marking rules are in ordering from India.
Working across time zones
India Standard Time is 10 hours 30 minutes ahead of Central time in summer and 11 hours 30 minutes ahead in winter, so our working day in India falls during your night. Email sales@vixonpiping.com or WhatsApp +91 74338 71355 at any hour, and send drawings and line lists with the request so nothing waits for a second round of questions. Frequently asked questions
Do you keep frac iron in stock in Midland or Odessa?
No. Every order is made to your line list and shipped from India, so plan replacement iron as a scheduled order rather than an emergency purchase.
Can you supply sour service iron for H2S wells?
Yes: unions, pups, swivels, valves and fittings heat treated to 22 HRC maximum under NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156, rated at the sour version of the figure, for example 10,000 psi for FIG 1502, and marked as sour parts.
Do you ship to New Mexico?
Yes, to Hobbs, Carlsbad and the rest of the Delaware Basin side, on the same terms as Texas.
