Industrial valves, couplings, fittings and flanges
The plant and utility side of the same order: valves, quick couplings, small-bore forged fittings and flanges for the lines around the high-pressure equipment, quoted on the same RFQ.
Around every high-pressure line there is plant and utility piping: water, air, fuel, mud tank and transfer lines, instrument connections and vents. We supply the valves and fittings for that piping alongside our 4130 range: ball, butterfly and forged steel gate, globe and check valves, camlock couplings, ASME B16.11 socket weld and threaded fittings, pipe nipples, swage nipples and bull plugs, and ASME B16.5 flanges, in carbon, alloy and stainless steels, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates.

Ball valves
One, two and three piece floating ball valves, flanged, threaded or socket weld.

Wafer and lug resilient-seated butterfly valves with lever, gear or actuator.

Materials
Forged parts are made in ASTM A105 carbon steel, A350 LF2 for low temperatures, A182 F11, F22 and F5 chrome-moly, F304 and F316 stainless and F51 duplex, and in AISI 4130 where a line calls for it. Cast valve bodies are WCB, LCB, CF8M and their equivalents. Each order states the material, the standard and the test requirements, and each part is marked and traced to its heat.
One order for the whole package
Industrial items can go on the same request as 4130 pipe, fittings and flowline equipment, so a skid or a rig-up arrives with one set of documents. Small mixed orders are welcome.
