4130 fittings and flowline iron for Oklahoma
Oklahoma City is home to operators and service companies working the SCOOP and STACK plays of the Anadarko Basin and fields across the state, with fleets that often run iron of several union figures.
We supply Oklahoma operators, service companies and distributors with flowline iron and AISI 4130 parts: hammer unions in every figure, crossovers between figures and sizes, plug and check valves, pup joints and 4130 fittings, plus the butterfly valves and camlock couplings used on water-handling lines. Parts are made and tested in India, landed at Port Houston and trucked north to Oklahoma City.
What Oklahoma fleets ask of their iron
Oklahoma's plays range from oil to gas and from moderate to high pressure, so many fleets run iron of several figures at once, 602, 1002 and 1502, with crossovers between them. That makes marking discipline a safety issue: every union, pup and valve should carry its figure and rating where a crew can read it, and figures must never be mixed. Our iron is hard stamped with figure, size, cold working pressure and heat number.
Water is the other half of the job. Produced and flowback water is gathered, treated and moved for disposal or reuse through low-pressure lines, where butterfly valves, camlock couplings and ASME B16.5 flanges do the work. They can go on the same order as the high-pressure iron.

Frequently asked questions
Can you match the figures our fleet already runs?
Yes. Tell us the figures and sizes in your fleet; unions, crossovers and changeovers are made and marked for exactly those, so nothing new arrives in a figure your crews do not use.
Do you supply water transfer fittings too?
Yes: butterfly and ball valves, camlock couplings, forged fittings and B16.5 flanges, on the same order as the high-pressure iron.
