The bolted and clamped parts of pressure control equipment, from API 6A flanges and ring gaskets to studded crosses, hubs and complete manifolds, plus the pup joints and couplings that space out a string.
Wellheads, christmas trees and choke, kill, standpipe and cement manifolds are bolted or clamped together from API 6A flanges, ring joint gaskets, studded tees and crosses and hub connections, then joined to the pipe and fittings of the line. We supply those parts in AISI 4130 and other alloy steels for 2,000 to 20,000 psi, fabricate complete manifolds to your drawing, and make the API 5CT pup joints and couplings used to space out tubing and casing strings.

What an order states
Besides size and pressure, API 6A parts are ordered with a material class (AA to HH, from general to severe sour service), a temperature class (for example P, -20 to 180 °F, or U, 0 to 250 °F), a product specification level (PSL 1 to 4, which sets the testing and traceability) and, for some equipment, a performance requirement level. Each part is made, tested and marked to the values on your order, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates, or 3.2 with your inspector.
We make these parts to the API 6A, API 16C and API 5CT requirements your order calls up: material, dimensions, tests and marking as specified. We do not hold an API license, so the parts do not carry the API Monogram. If your specification requires monogrammed equipment, the quotation says so plainly.
