Choke and kill fittings and manifold parts for the Gulf of America
Offshore choke and kill systems are built to API Standard 53, which federal rules for the Gulf of America, the Gulf of Mexico on older charts, call up for BOP systems. We supply the 4130 parts inside them.
We supply offshore drilling contractors, rig equipment makers and Louisiana service companies with the AISI 4130 parts of choke and kill systems: long sweeps and double-back elbows, heavy-wall pipe and fittings, studded tees and crosses, API 6A flanges, clamp hub connections and fabricated manifolds, made to API Standard 53 and API 6A requirements without the API Monogram. Parts are made in India and delivered to Lafayette, Houma and the supply bases on the Louisiana coast.
What offshore rigs ask of high-pressure equipment
Federal rules set the frame. For the outer continental shelf, 30 CFR 250.730 requires BOP systems to meet API Standard 53 and the applicable provisions of API 6A and API 16C. API Standard 53 sets how choke and kill lines turn: through targeted fittings or bends of large radius, which is where 4130 long sweeps, double-back elbows and targeted blocks come in. The Federal Gulf of America produced about 1.9 million barrels of crude oil a day in 2025.
Offshore orders also carry heavier paperwork and marine conditions: third-party inspection by the classification society or agency you name, EN 10204 3.2 certificates, CRA inlay of ring grooves and bores where the specification calls for it, and coatings for salt air. All of it is written into the quotation, line by line.

We have no US office or US stock: every order is made to your line list and ships from India with its EN 10204 3.1 certificates, packing list and commercial invoice. Your customs broker files the entry and confirms the duties. The steps, documents and marking rules are in ordering from India.

Frequently asked questions
Is it the Gulf of Mexico or the Gulf of America?
The same water. US federal agencies have used Gulf of America since 2025; many specifications and charts still say Gulf of Mexico. Either name on your order is fine.
Can parts be inspected by a classification society?
Yes. The society or agency you name can witness stage and final inspection at our works, and EN 10204 3.2 certificates are issued with them.
